Upgraded at my expense but happy with the result. Scratched wheel was identified but I didn’t have an issue. I failed to check before exiting at pick up. It was identified to me at return. Not happy with with that.

2 stars in order to give them a reason to recruit more people. Staff is nice but overwhelmed by their tasks. When you pick up a car or return it, the staff behind the desk is the same that will run to bring up the car or check up the car you brought back. So when customers are lining up, well they don't have the capacity to deal woth such flow of requests. Felt sorry for those nice people.
