The Agent was helpful and friendly. The car was superb and the pick-up location made it a very easy transition from the station to the car. It would have been helpful to have been informed that the Agency was closed on Sunday when we returned the car (as places to park and leave the car were limited) - but otherwise the overall experience and service were excellent

Service and stuff was great, but I paid ridiculously expensive price of 201€ for 16 hours of car usage (picked it at 17h at La Rochelle Train Station and returned it next day at 9h at Bordeaux airport). I even took just basic car insurrance and only one driver, and the only option was drop off on a different location. If I booked this via Internet it would be less than 100€. I don't get this. I paid but was not happy at all. This is update to Europcar comment: I had first rental from Bordeaux to La Rochelle for 3 days and it was all great and I paid with full insurrance and additional driver and different drop of location around 370€ (only insurrance was around 130€ and additional driver less than 50€ in total). No regards there. I am talking about 1 day rental I done in Europcar office at La Rochelle train station from 2nd May till 3rd May (16 hours in total) and I paid the same amount as for full 3 days with all additional services. This was immensely disgusting pricing.
