Can’t recommend Bilal and these guys highly enough. We had a prompt and smooth transfer up to La Plagne. On the route back down the mountain, we got stuck in traffic (for no reason). Bilal was so kind and supportive. He rang the airport to understand latest possible check in and make them aware we were on route, we discussed diverting to Geneva when we suspected we (my 2 kids, wife and I) weren’t going to make the flight. He rang around his other drivers to re-organise the rest of his afternoon to ensure he could support us. He showed such care and empathy with the situation. He then ran my kids and luggage to the check in to ensure we made the check in with just 1 minute to spare! Amazing kindness, huge professionalism - a wonderful human being! Merci Merci Merci See you next season!

Excellent company. They did everything they could to make my family of 12 comfortable, including adding an extra luggage cart at no charge. The staff were very friendly and always concerned with providing the best service.

I came into contact with Elite Transports through an intermediary site (GetTransfers.com, do not use them!). After being left in the dark as to what was happening I was contacted directly by Elite Transports. Upon explanation of the issue, which throughout Elite Transports was both professional and courteous, we agreed a price directly. Cannot recommend them enough, without Elite Transports my transfer and my holiday would have surely been ruined.
