I was having trouble mechanically with my rental and I had another month left on my contract. I could not afford to wait for their service dept. to look at the car. GABRIEL was fantastic. He made sure that I was able to swap out cars so I would not break down on my upcoming long drive. He worked diligently and looked at all sixt locations and was able to locate a vehicle plus also matched the size I needed for all our luggage.

Staff were super helpful and spoke English. Renting a car here was super easy and efficient, easy to get to and easy to return as well. No hassles at all and really put my mind to ease. Would definitely recommend!

Great service, however please be aware that if you return car more than 30 min late (so called grace period ) you’ll be charged for an extra day plus the fee of 10€. I’ve been charged extra 73.79€ after I returned vehicle to a closed office 2h late. Although after a complaint I received 32.1€ back as goodwills gesture. All in all just read terms and conditions and plan ahead as there can be roadblocks and traffic. Especially during autumn flooding.

Family Snorkeling
Sixt was one of the only company with cars available. I got in and got a great Opel family car, good price. The staff was really great. Excellent service. Honnestly, i used to go to other rental companies, mainly because of my company contracts. But for sure now I will go only to Sixt. I can not recommend them enough in Grenoble.
