Love love love this place! The gentleman recommended an upgrade to fit me (6’5” 400#) into a proper car. One hybrid C5 later and we are cruising France in style. Merci Sir and thank you for the care and consideration for us on such short notice. You are awesome, the car was awesome, and our trip was 100x better because of it. Have a wonderful 2023! -Ryan

Completely incompetent and unreliable. I had an SUV reserved but got a compact car instead at the same rate. They attempted to charge us for a navigation system which we didn’t need, and incorrectly charged us for an extra day. They were unable to provide us with a functional car seat that we had reserved. Gas tank was not full on pickup.

People were kind but the Sixt service overall is far from being good. The information is overall confusing and at the desk (and over the phone) they say that you can change “everything” with the App, but i think they never used it…in the end i was unable to change anything but the Km per month. I asked to change the car and there was again a non sarisfactory answer and i decided was easier just to keep the same car. I do not recommend Sixt+

5 star experience at Sixt Mulhouse town pickup location. The staff went above and beyond to help me to pick a better car with reasonable cost increment and saved me a swiss vignette.

A real cheater. They claimed 670 euros for damages that did not belong to me. They charge an extra 25 euro follow-up fee for each radar ticket. This is robbery. Use other companies that give more than 5 euro per day. I'm sure this will be more profitable for you.

When we came there they told us that they have no cars available at the moment. But we booked a car in-front of them on a phone and miraculously they had a car right away. Lol. Also, book a car online. The price is cheaper. Also make pictures of a state of a car before going on it.
