Avoid Miloud Goubar at All Costs ! I had the WORST experience with Nextories, all because of their so-called “assistant,” Miloud Goubar. If you get assigned to him—RUN! He is by far the most unprofessional, lazy, and disrespectful person I have ever dealt with. I had to cancel my entire project because of his complete incompetence. From the very beginning, he showed ZERO effort. He didn’t even bother to join the first video call, forcing me to contact the company to find out what was going on. When he finally got involved, he failed to translate my request correctly, even though I had explained everything clearly. I had to go out of my way to record a detailed video and send an email, spelling out every little thing for him. And guess what? He STILL messed it up! He passed along the WRONG information to the moving company, completely ignoring my actual request. When I called him to fix it, he had the audacity to get ANGRY at ME and then HANG UP on me! Unbelievable. I have never encountered such a careless and rude so-called “assistant” in my life. Because of him, I lost valuable time and had to cancel my entire move with Nextories. If you are considering using their services, DO NOT accept Miloud Goubar as your assistant. He will only cause you frustration, delays, and a massive headache. Stay far away from this disaster of a company!

I was not aware that this kind of service existed and was very gladly surprised by the professionalism and simplicity with which nextories helped me find a moving company (with which I was very satisfied as wekll). I was really impressed!

Stay away from this company. They suggested and found a moving company for me called Transdem (worst company i have ever seen). That company damaged my cupboard, fridge, parquet and table and also 2 valueble small items are missing(stolen). Nextories didn't care about my complains and i couldn't even get the name of insurance. No feedback from them.

This is an update to the review I have left in September 2023 following your unsatisfactory comment. As per my review below and as is evidenced in all communications with Guillaume Seiler and Settlesweet, I ACCEPTED the meagre compensation offer after growing tired of trying to reason with Settlesweet. It has NOT been paid and I am once again asking for payment. Nextories recently acquired Settlesweet. This is a review about Settlesweet. Guillaume Seiler (Settlesweet), you agreed to a meeting with me on 29 August 2023 at 15:45. You did not turn up for the meeting and did not provide any reason for your failure to attend. Of course I have tried to contact you since, yet you continue to ignore me. Guillaume Seiler (Settlesweet), as you are refusing to respond to my emails I once again reiterate my email dated 19 December 2022: "You have admitted partial liability for finacial losses summing to over EUR 1,000 which I incurred as a result of your firm's failings. You offered me EUR 150 in Amazon vouchers as compensation for these losses. I have not had any response since 20 October from Guillame Seiler, despite contacting him many times since then. On 7 Dec I finally accepted your offer as I grew tired of trying to find out basic information from your company such as who regulates you and whether you had submitted my file to Mobili-Pass. There has been no action taken since I accepted the offer. Please immediately provide details on the timelines and method of how compensation will be paid." You finally replied to me on 11 May 2023 to which I replied: "That is absolutely not true. See the attached screenshot. Your last communication with me was on 22nd October when you said you will reply to my last message when you had time. I never heard back from you. Since 22nd October I have made numerous attempts to contact you with zero communication from yourself or any member of Settlesweet. As at 28th October I was awaiting your reply. Please finally pay me the compensation so neither of us have to communicate with each other again." Since my email above of 11 May 2023 I have once again tried to contact you numerous times but you refuse to respond or pay me the compensation. I am awaiting payment of the promised compensation of the admitted failures of your company. I have written to you on 11 May following your factually incorrect email of the same date. Regularly ignoring clients is a very curious way to conduct a business. When and how will I be paid my compensation? This complaint has been ongoing since March 2022.
