I was looking for alt sax mouthpiece reed inserts. Not the exact firm I was looking for but I am sure they can order. Quite helpful and no queue

Mr. Jose, piano technician, charged me 80 Euros for repairing 1 Blocked Key from my piano . Mr. Jose did a very good job, 5 STAR FOR THAT . I think the Price it's too much , honestly . Total cost of the piano was 700 Euros, but now I have to pay 80 Euros for 1 Key reparation. The location it's also far from the city center, around 30 minutes . I give only 3 stars for the Price, for the fact I can't pay with the Credit Card and for the fact that 1 employee ( around 50 years old man with glasses ) came to ask me what I looking for in their shop, and he looked at me like I was planing to rob them .

My package arrived super late (not the promised 3-5 days.. much more) and it was completely destroyed... full of coffee or some other brown liquid... the book I bought looks disgusting. Avoid this store.

Excellent communication and kindness. The girl working there is willing to do as much as it takes to help the costumer, even if that means going back and forth to the entrance, communicating and looking for the right piece of equipment for 10 times :)

Big variety of instruments including mainly guitars, pianos, drums and lots of sound equipment. Not so much classical instruments. They have good prices and helpful staff
