Excellent service, when returning a car that didn't even belong to Europcar! We had rented from Avis and wanted to return the car at the Toulon airport office. However they had gone home early and weren't answering the phone either. Thankfully a helpful person from Europcar desk accepted the returning car for us. Five stars for the Europcar on this one, they really saved us.

Rented a car and got helped kindly. Someone made a small scratch on the car and upon delivery they said it was minor. Got charged 644 euros for a scratch on a bumper which is beyond all proportions and it's impossible to have contact about it.

We had a big issue - about charging of EV (Seres 3) which we only had 10% of battery left but could not charge at all. We’ve tried number of different places for charging but failed every time. Finally we’ve decided to visit the nearest Europcar Toulon Hyeres Aeroport. The staff here named Christophe helped us to find out ways to deal with this disaster. He finally rescued us by calling Europcar assistant filing our case successfully. He, at the same time, did his best to deal with his day to day activities with usual customers whilst supporting us which makes us feel more than happy that he’s really on this role as a successful manager. Even though we had a hard time and spent unnecessary hours in our precious holiday from the UK, we will use Europcar again (but not EV) if there’s someone like Christope works for Europcar. Merci !

Just a heads up: This location does not accept credit card based theft and damage insurance without putting a hold for the entire value of the car! (not advisable, as my insurance provided by my credit card did not provide coverage for any deposit made) Unless you purchase their insurance or through your third party. Otherwise Melanie was very helpful and patient with me through my 2 hour ordeal.

The incompetent mistake made by the staff at the La Seyne sur Mer office in charging my account with American Express Co. for 850 euros Damage Refund Insurance in regard to a recent car rental, has caused me financial inconvenience and is to be deplored. No further business will be engaged in with this Company.

Je n'ai jamais laissez de commentaire sur Google mais je tiens à souligner la gentillesse de la personne qui a réceptionné ma voiture dans laquelle j'ai oublier mon tél (je m'en suis évidemment rendu compte arrivé à l'autre bout de la France). Les gens disponible, serviable et aimable deviennent assez rare pour le souligner. Merci et à bientôt.
