The staff was professional, easy to speak with, and explained everything to us. When our original compact car was not available because there was an issue with the GPS, they upgraded us to a bigger car at no extra charge.

Had a super car and Fanette in the office spoke good English and when my husband left his phone in the rental car she was most helpful shipping it so promptly back to us. Stephanie at the Europcar office in Sarlat was incredibly patient with us as we tried to decide if we wanted to rent a car, go one way or return it in Sarlat. She worked through alternatives even into her lunch time, and asked a colleague to do the same. In the end we decided to pick up the next day and once again she was kind, cheerful and accommodating. Such service is exceptional! We are grateful!
