We have rented from Europcar many, many times. This was by far our BEST pickup experience. I don't know the name of the agent who helped us, but she was working May 23 at 11am. She was very helpful, friendly and efficient. She and her manager should know that she made our trip that much better and made us more likely to stay with Europcar for future trips. Make sure you keep her happy! Merci!

Terribly run business we booked online with a debit visa card which was accepted when we arrive they inform us without a credit card we cannot pick up the car. They then informed us it is double the price to rebook in the store. Not everyone has a credit card but a debit visa card has the same function as a credit card. We Ende dip without a car and the lady at the desk provided not help to remedy the situation. Do not go here awful service.

Horrible. Our arrival was delayed, the lady at the counter preferred to go to lunch instead of waiting 5 minutes. What a joke,. Went to Sixt instead - same price, great service.....

Avoid!! They canceled my reservation with their reason being they do not have a child seat but they they were willing to give me a smaller car at double the initial price and then by some miracle they had a child seat available. They just wanted to scam extra money out of their customers. Terrible!
