Should not have been offered an alternative to our booking, which turned out to be some sort of dog carrier, however when we declined this we were given a proper car, which was more than satisfactory

Friendly staff and well situated within a few minutes walk from the train station. Easy process and I was really satisfied with the car I was given. Only lowlight would be the opening hours restricting options.

I've rented a good amount from Europcar and this station was the best experience I've had yet! Everyone was so nice and actually emailed and called me when I'd forget to renew so to not get late charges and fines. Absolutely perfect experience!

Absolutely lovely staff, so helpful and kind. They spoke English well but were patient with my poor French. They helped me get a taxi and gave me time to fill up with petrol the car. I really recommend them. I wish they were cheaper.
