Very easy, will definitely use again. Staff are friendly and upgraded us to automatic at no extra charge, there was no pressure to buy any extras etc. Our car was a very new hybrid Renault Clio, in perfect condition. Drop off was very easy and the credit card hold was cleared the same day. We booked through Zest and everything went through perfectly. Thank you!

⚠️‼️Attention, les véhicules de location ne sont pas équipés de disque bleu de stationnement. C'est pourtant obligatoire dans de nombreuses zones et cela m'a valu une amende. Inadmissible de la part d'Europcar. _______ Please note that rental vehicles are not equipped with blue parking discs. However, these are mandatory in many areas, and I was fined for not having one. This is unacceptable on the part of Europcar. Edit: They request me to pay 25€ of administration fees on top of the fine. To answer your reply, if I for example pay 700 euros for a 4 days location I expect that you do more than the minimum legal. Your answer is not satisfying in any way. The least would be to apologise and not try to explain me by A+B that you don’t have any responsibility. 😓 In my case it would have been cheaper to take a night hotel and then rent a car in the morning with a rental company. Instead of taking what was open.
