Avis particuliers et professionnels
Paul G Miller
Arrived on time with confirmed rental agreement - no vehicle and garage new nothing about my rental. It's not acceptable. After some frantic phone calls, the outlet managed to make an arrangement for a hire car. Apparently, my online application together with full advance payment and extra insurance had not been noticed. Would have given 1* if it had not been for actions at the garage to sort this mess out. When I looked around the hire vehicle assigned (no choice) it clearly had not been cleaned properly - all cills covered in mud and possibly manure! Poor operating ethos and lack of managerial supervision I'm afraid. Apologies for such a negative review and at the start of 2024! Just saying how it was.
