Enterprise Location Voiture et Utilitaire - Gare D'Angers-Saint-Laud

The service at this agency was the most professional we have seen in France after many years of traveling here. All the team acts with utmost courtesy, making the client feel valued, especially Mr. Paul.

Its really not RECOMMENDED. My insurance suggested me to take a car from them. They proposed me an option full cover insurance and its cost 25€ a day. I said to their staff i will not take it. Iam in hurry and i signed the contract, and hup voila in the day i returned the car they charged me 92€ for 3 days, more expensive then the cost of my car's insurance a month. I got up set n i told them that iam not happy. And why you charged me easily like that, because since beginning i told you i dont want to take the option 25€ a day. My insurance directly contacted their service, and they promised to contact me to solve the problem, since 16 march until today they never contact me back! Never take car from them. They are really not responsible and not professional. And until now they didn't give me the invoice! Date de l'expérience: 16 mars 2022

Terrible service and unprofessional. They tried to charge me 1,500 euros for a small dent that was there before. When I asked to see pictures from before I rented the car, they mysteriously could not provide them. The French are complete scammers when it comes to car rentals, be careful and don't trust a word they say

Their site and app said they were open today and their system let me book a car but the office was closed and there was no one contactable so I had to call UK customer service.
