Avis Location Voiture - Gare Cluses

I have just been to collect my car from their non existent office in Cluses. I tried the train station who said the key had not been dropped off (this was after 11am when I had booked for) and to come back in 10minutes. I came back and the Avis woman had been and gone. I tried calling 20 times on the two different numbers supplied right up to midday when they closed. No answer, no reply, no attempt to phone me on the number I provided to ask where I was. I had to get a ride over to Cluses to collect this car so now stuck with no vehicle and no chance to get another one. Absolutely beyond belief useless! A deposit has already been taken from my credit card.

» Nul nul nul.
