Excellent service and a wonderful team - highly recommended! We've recently had great service from AGS that needs special mention. We shipped items from our home in Dubai to the South of France. The excellent service started with their team in Dubai lead by Husain (Mir Husain) - he visited our home to give a full quote and we were in regular contact throughout the whole duration. He was thorough with excellent attention to detail. The packing team onsite were so considerate and packaged our times meticiscously - ensuring our items were not damaged in transit. We were kept informed when the items left port and arrived in France. The team in France were also excellent, led by team leader Christophe and Laura in the office. 'Dubai style' unpacking in that they helped unpack every box - assembling, moving and placing the furniture into the assigned rooms etc. They were hardworking and again so thoughtful, carefully unpacking our items. No items damaged which I felt was a huge achievement, moving a house so many miles! I would strongly recommend AGS for your moving needs and we will be using them again when we need to. THANK YOU TO ALL THE TEAM who helped us - it is much appreciated.

Damaged and Missing Items and No Response/Responsibility Missing items, unpaid insurance claim for over a year, damaged furniture, non delivery of bedroom furniture so I had to stay overnight in a hotel....How much more incompetent can a self proclaimed highly professional international moving company be?? How much more out of pocket expenses should I pay for an expensive move? I have waited over a year for my insurance claim and sent countless emails and calls. Zero response apart from the French office that needs to liaise with the UK office because they have no record of my file. I have moved internationally 7 times with Crown, Sterling and Cadogan Tate. Never have I experienced such sloppy and callous service. I filed a complaint on 20 April 2021 and finally got results due to revenge review. I am writing this review to voice the truth--AGS will respond to negative reviews and if you are affiliated with a big corporation or embassy. My move was a civilian move with no corporate affiliation, so therefore I have been treated like a second class citizen, begging for my claims and goods.

I have never dealt with a less professional company. Not only did they arrive 5 hours late without contact, deliver half my items to the roadside and leave because they were parked illegally, forcing me to move some of the items indoors myself, then not return until the next morning forcing me to sleep on my bare mattress (which was one of the items I had to carry indoors myself), they broke my TV and CD cabinet, and did me the great service of informing me one month later that they lost all the paperwork. Avoid.

It was not the cheapest but for sure the one who took us serious and made it all happen in a very short timeframe for us(private) to move from Marseille to the north of Germany. Due to their network we received Spanish Movers who packed almost 35cbm in just 1 1/2 day for transport and all was unpacked in less than a day at destination without damages. We can truly recommend this service company, especially if they send you the guys of Marco Movers (madrid) who did our moving.
