I had a very good experience with atout-box and I would highly recommend it. The storage space was adequate, clean and of easy access. Everything you need in order to move in and out is available for your use (cars, boxes, a cargo elevator ...even a van!) The location is close to the main city making it very convenient. The building is secure, clean and well illuminated. The staff if extremely friendly and helpful. Moving is always a stressful and overwhelming experience, a tout-box made it easier.

Atout-Box , Montpellier could not have made arranging this rental easier or been more professional. Customer service levels were extremely high throughout (thankyou to Sebastien and Martin). In fact, this company thoroughly showed up their competition by their outstanding approach to responding to my enquiry, quoting, following up and high service levels at the facility. The location was easy to find and was exceptionally clean and well run. My French is pretty poor but the unexpectedly high levels of English spoken by both employees I spoke to made the process flawless. I totally recommend this company- they may be a little more expensive but it was well worth it. I will definitely use again if I need to. 10/10 all round! (And a big Thanks from us!!)

My personal experience as a English non speaking French visitor is that all the staff especially Erica are extremely caurtious and patient,and with a good understanding of English.
